Cancellation policy

Orders will be charged to the chosen payment method on the day the order is made.
Any subsequent or reoccurring charges will be automatically applied at the 1st day of each following month.
Subscriptions for monthly or quarterly are place on Auto-Renewal.
And will be charged via the chosen payment method automatically on the first of the month.

Any orders placed before the 15th of the month you will receive the current month's box.
Any orders placed between the 15th of the month and the last day of the month will be fulfilled after the beginning of the next month.

Please be aware of the following:
Once your payment has been received on the 1st of the month, your order will be processed and shipped.
Any cancellations after the payment has been received will be applied to the following month's box.
 
We process all subscriptions after the payment has been received.

We ship via Canada Post.
Once shipped, items are out of our control.
We are not responsible for Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments.
As the holiday season approaches, shipping times may increase.

If you want some level of protection, please choose the tracked shipping option.

Returned items may be charged for the return shipping fees.
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Any refunds may have the shipping fees deducted.

Due to inconsistencies between computers, monitors, manufacturers, and a variety of other circumstances beyond our control, PoCo Inspired is not responsible if you feel the colors you see on your screen are not a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product.
